Q01How do you test my battery before replacing it?

We use a digital conductance tester that checks cold-cranking amps and internal resistance. If the battery passes, we'll tell you — we don't replace batteries that don't need replacing.

Q02Do you carry batteries for European and Japanese vehicles?

Yes. We stock batteries for most common makes including Toyota, Mazda, Honda, Hyundai, Ford, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi and more. Unusual sizes can usually be sourced same-day.

Q03What is an AGM battery and does my car need one?

AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) batteries are required by most modern vehicles with stop-start systems. Fitting a cheaper conventional battery in these cars can damage the charging system. We always fit the correct type for your vehicle.
